What we rent
Two types of drying equipment, used together when a home has taken on water. We confirm what suits your situation on the phone before anything is arranged.
Commercial dehumidifiers
Pulling moisture out of the air inside a wet structure so building materials can dry instead of staying damp.
Typical use: Rooms where the air stays humid after a leak has been stopped.
Air movers
Moving air across wet floors, walls, and cavities so surface moisture evaporates faster.
Typical use: Wet flooring, baseboards, and wall cavities after a leak.
Rental terms
- Every rental starts with a phone call to Kyle.
- Equipment availability, rental pricing, and timing are confirmed after that call.
- Delivery is arranged only after the assessment and agreement on rental details. Sending the form does not schedule equipment.
- Screening calls are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central. These are call hours, not delivery hours and not a response-time promise.
Two ways we can help
Some homeowners just need the equipment. Others want someone local to look at the damage and talk through what comes next. Both are fine — you don't need to know which one you need before you call.
Rent the equipment
We rent commercial dehumidifiers and air movers. Availability, pricing, and timing are confirmed on a screening call, and delivery is arranged afterwards.

If the water did more than dampen a floor, we can look at it and talk through your options.
- Damage documentation. We can provide damage documentation and repair estimates for you to share with your insurer.
- Repair estimates. We can look at what the water affected and put together a repair estimate.
- Repair work after drying. If repairs are needed once the structure is dry, we can handle that work.
