About Smith Global
For nearly two decades, Smith Global has been Louisiana's trusted name in storm and damage restoration and premium construction — solving the projects others walk away from.
A Louisiana Construction & Restoration Firm
Smith Global LLC was founded on a simple principle: take on well-funded projects with hard timelines other contractors can't meet — and deliver them on schedule. What began with assessing and documenting property damage after storms, fires, and water losses — then grew into a full-service construction firm built to execute the rebuilds we were scoping.
That background still sets us apart. We don't just build; we understand the full restoration process — from documenting the scope of damage through complete reconstruction. When we rebuild a storm-damaged property, we document the work thoroughly so your insurance carrier can see exactly what was done and why.
Today, Smith Global delivers commercial construction, luxury residential builds, major renovations, full storm and damage restoration, tree removal, land clearing, commercial drying, and heavy equipment services across Louisiana — backed by our own skid steers, excavators, and commercial stump grinders. From the 112,000-square-foot NOVA Vital Recovery campus conversion to emergency water mitigation calls at 2 a.m., we bring the same commercial-grade discipline, communication, and craftsmanship to every project — on time, on budget, and without compromise.

The People Behind the Build
Kyle Smith
Founder & President
Kyle founded Smith Global in 2007 after years assessing and documenting catastrophic property loss — storms, fires, and water damage across Louisiana. That background shaped a construction firm built around a simple principle: document the full scope of damage, then rebuild it right. Today he leads project strategy, client relationships, and the estimating discipline that keeps every build on scope and on schedule.
Madison Smith
Vice President, Operations
Madison manages the administrative and financial operations behind Smith Global — contracts, accounting, billing, compliance records, project documentation, payroll, audits and the systems that keep each project organized from start to closeout. Her work gives clients and project partners a clear, dependable back office behind the field operation.
